Rosé balsamic, condimento, 100ml

Unlike classic balsamic vinegar I.G.P., the condimento designation is not bound by the same strict regulations. For us, this is an opportunity to work more freely with ingredients and flavour – and to create a condiment of the highest quality.

We are especially happy to have this rosé condimento in our kitchen.

It is made from the grape variety Trebbiano and has aged five years on ash wood barrels where natural aroma from roses has been added to it. The ash wood dish gives the condimento scent and taste without changing its fine, light color.

Our rosé condimento has an intense taste, but is simultaneously sweet and mild.

We like to use it in dressings, for salads (it does not color the salad), cold soups, and, in general, dishes that need to be rounded off with a little acidity and sweetness. It is also delicious with fresh fruit where it adds something truly unique.

And if you haven’t tried it yet, we can seriously recommend adding a few drops to your Gin & Tonic.
