Shipping policy

The shipping prices you see are indicative and do not apply to specific products. Shipping costs may vary depending on the number of products and the size of the items in your cart. To receive the exact price for your order, please proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details. Express delivery as well as delivery to special areas is not included in free shipping. This will be reflected in the price shown in your cart.

We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed at our warehouse in Denmark no later than within 1 business day. All customers paying by credit card are subject to validation, and Made by Mama reserves the right to delay delivery of an order if we believe additional security checks are necessary. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the package tracking number.

If the delivery appears damaged, we kindly ask you to accept the package with reservation. If the contents are damaged, please contact customer service at ciao@madebymama.com.

Below you will find the estimated delivery times from the moment the package is shipped from our warehouse. If you order before 1:00 PM, the package will be shipped the same day.

DELIVERY TO DENMARK

The delivery times below are based on our experience:
GLS Home Delivery: 1–2 business days
GLS ParcelShop: 1 business day, including Saturday delivery
GLS Business Delivery: 1–2 business days

Please note: During particularly busy periods, deliveries to ParcelShops may be redirected to a different ParcelShop due to limited space.

PICK UP FROM WAREHOUSE

Warehouse pick-up is a service for customers who wish to collect their online order directly from our warehouse.

- Shipping is free when picking up from our warehouse
- You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection
- Please bring personal ID and your order confirmation email when collecting your package
- You have 5 business days to pick up your package before the order is cancelled
