Experience the taste of authentic Tuscan olive oil with our organic extra virgin olive oil. Every single olive is hand-harvested and pressed the same day as they are picked, ensuring the freshest and most aromatic oil.

Our olive oil always comes from the most recent harvest, meaning the fruit was still hanging on the trees in mid-November. This gives you an olive oil with an intense aroma, balanced flavor, and a slightly spicy finish that only fresh extra virgin olive oil has.

The olives come from our own groves in the heart of Tuscany between Lucca and Florence. This area is known as the super zone for olive oil in Italy, where the best conditions for cultivation are found.

From tree to bottle – we follow the entire process closely and ensure that you get an olive oil that is the best of Tuscany. It is perfect for both cooking and as a delicious fresh twist on salads, bread, and vegetables.

Every year the oil is analyzed in an official laboratory and tested by an authorized taste panel.
