Collection: Balsamico

When we told our Italian network that we were searching for something truly special in balsamic vinegar, we were introduced to Massimo in Modena. Here, his family has been producing balsamic vinegar for generations – with deep respect for the raw ingredients, time and craftsmanship.

Together with Massimo, we have created a small, carefully curated collection of balsamic vinegars and condimenti: from a classic dark Balsamic Vinegar I.G.P. with depth and balance, to a light and elegant white balsamic, a rosé balsamic with delicate floral notes – and our pomegranate condimento, adding a fresh, fruity acidity and a beautiful colour.

All our balsamic vinegars are crafted to elevate both simple everyday dishes and more ambitious cooking – whether used on salads, vegetables, fish, cheese or as the final touch that makes all the difference.
